What we build

The pool, and everything around it

A pool dropped into a bare yard is half a project. We design the water, the deck, the shade and the bar together, because they all have to line up before the shell is shot.

Why us

We show you the part under the water

Most pool companies show a finished photo and nothing else. The steel, the plumbing and the shell are where a pool is won or lost, and once the plaster is in nobody sees them again. We are happy to show you ours while they are still in the ground.

  • One team from design through the final walkthrough, design, permits and construction handled in house
  • A real schedule, and a call when weather or an inspection moves it
  • Veteran owned, with the standards that come with it

Common questions

Before you call

How long does a gunite pool take to build?

Weather and inspections drive it more than anything. We give you a real schedule up front and tell you when something slips instead of going quiet.

Do you build fiberglass or vinyl pools?

No. We build gunite. It shapes to the yard, holds up in North Texas clay, and can be repaired. Fiberglass goes in faster, but you take the shape it ships in.

Do you build pools on acreage outside city limits?

Regularly. Most of what we build is outside city limits. On a rural lot, the septic field and its setbacks decide where a pool can sit, so that is one of the first things to look at.

Can you build the deck, cabana and outdoor kitchen too?

Yes, and it is cheaper done together. One team, one schedule, one mobilization instead of three. Pavilions and kitchens are a big part of what we build.

Do I need a permit for a pool?

Inside city limits, expect a permit and inspections through the city building department. In unincorporated Johnson County, the county handles septic and floodplain permits rather than a city style building permit. Confirm with your own city or county before you dig.
